I guess this app is a joke? I don't understand.. all it is, is your camera? you open the app and it just opens your camera app and thats it.. no settings, no nothing... am I missing something??

It makes face detection. If there is no human face in camera view it doesn't capture anything. While a human face appear on camera view it takes capture.
