Back glass cracked

Hi guys...I am a newbie...i accidently dropped my iphone 4,now the back glass is cracked...how much cost will it take for replacement of the glass...I am from India...whether if i give my phone fro replacement in Apple authorized service providers will i get it back within the same day...plz help me
