Back up save game data?

So, I am playing Final Fantasy on iphone 4 at the moment, and was curious if there is a way to backup the saved game data in case I needed to factory reset or lose my phone or something? Last time something was wrong on my phone so I had to reset, and lost my FF tactics file with 50 hours in... I wasn't happy. I don't want to jailbreak/SSH to copy the saved data, but is that the only way to do it? Thanks.
