I had ios 1.8.2 , I take a backup via itunes and save it on my comuter , then I downlod ios 8.2 from apple and restore it via itunes . I succseffuly upgrade it and now my ios version is 8.2 .
The problem is I can't restore the backup , when I click on restore backup , my phones screen get black and it says prepare restore , it's now more than 4 hours and it doesn't do anything . I've tried several times but it doesn't work.
Could you help me to solve this problem ?What am I doing wrong ?
