Backup session has failed.

Hi guys, im using an iPhone 4,32gb running on iOS4.1. I bought my phone from 3 store in the UK. The problem with my phone is when I restore my phone to factory settings, and later try to set it up from a previous backup. I get this error : "...have failed to backup iPhone because the backup session has failed."

I am running itunes 10.0.1.22 on windows 7 64-bit ultimate. My itunes is 64-bit compatible as well. Pls reply if you need more details. Any help/advice/pointers is much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

the files that you had on there with the backup are they all on the computer? because if they are just set up your iphone as a new phone and sync it all back up
