Battery % acting weird in status bar

Ok so I've noticed my battery % acting weird every now and again. I'm just using the stock one under usage. At times it will drop real fast but the battery logo itself will not move, the % will be at like 94 but the icon shows full. Then if I respring it jumps back up to 99 or so. Any idea why? Does anyone else see this
