battery app from cydia

I have a iphone 4 that's jail-broken, Why is it when i download a battery app from cydia then select it from winter board it doesn't work ? Am I doing something wrong?

It's most likely not updated for IOS 4 yet. A lot of things in Cydia aren't working at the mo but they are being updated daily.
