So I inherited my brother's iPhone 4 that had a battery charging issue. I thought that since the battery wasn't charging when plugged in that it was a bad battery. I have now replaced that battery. When I turned the phone on to restore it and put on the latest iOS, the battery appeared to be at 30% (Only, it was showing a plug in sign instead of a charging sign). At this point I figured that it had to be the dock connector not sending a charge to the battery, so I replaced the dock connector... Now the new battery is completely dead. The new dock connector shows it's connection but there is still no charge. Is it safe to assume it's the logic board at this point? Or should I attempt to install another battery?
