Battery stats

could someone help explain how Apple does there battery stats. Long time android/win phone user here. We used screen on time as are benchmark, I see the iPhone shows screen on time per app but no total for all apps, also it gives them for the last 3days or 24 hours not from a full charge but then gives a idle and usage from a full charge?!

My questions are what does the usage time consistent of? All usage and screen on time?

How would I figure screen on only time.

Is there a way to reset the "past 24 hours" so I can see just a one day from a full charge?

What is a good benchmark time for this phone for heavy use? I took my phone off charge at 7am and I'm at 45% at 2:50

To see the on screen time in Settings - Battery - Battery Usage, tap the small watch next to "Last 24 Hours", or whatever you see there. It will turn blue, and you'll see how much time every app used in the background and on screen.
