Battery ?

My battery stays at 71%.What is the fix for this?It hasn't shut down yet after 3 days.iPhone 4

I tried restarting it yesterday but it didn't help.I tried again today & it showed 19% so I put it on the charger.It must of had a brain fart.

So it's good to go for now, right? Hope so -- let us know. And in situations similar to these, always try a "hard reset" on the device. It sets many things straight.

It's OK for know.��If I do a hard reset will I lose anything?

To be technically correct, there is no "Hard Reset", there's only a Reset as such pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-10 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings. But if it means Restore, then a Restore will wipe your iPhone4 but you can install your backup afterwards.

Thanks for the replies.I'm new to iPhone coming from Android.I've been watching this forum for all the info I may need.I'm impressed by not only the iPhone but all the knowledge that flows from here,along with a certain amount of BS.
