if you have it on your phone, you have a pirated version because the official version was never released. You should delete your pirated copy of BlacBeryy messenger and wait for the legal release.

The official version was released in the New Zealand app store and then removed out of the shop so it's still the official version.

If it's downloaded anywhere but the AppStore, it's not official, even if the file originated there. BTW, posting app files on the Internet is a violation if Apple's TOS and could even be illegal.

It is illegal as it infringes the developer's copyright and breaches the AppStore's new ToS
