Best Buy Offers $100 Trade-in Deal for iPhone 5s and 5c

BGR writes today that Best Buy will be running a promotion from October 13th to 19th that will enable you to trade in your working smartphone for an iPhone 5s or 5c and receive a Best Buy gift card for a minimum of $100.

The news comes via a leaked internal document, and was initially reported on by TechnoBuffalo. In order to qualify for the offer, your smartphone must be undamaged, which also rules out water-damaged phones and phones with cracked screens, and in working condition. You’ll also have to agree to a 24-month contract in order to seal the deal.

And don’t worry if the phone you want isn’t in stock when you take your old phone in to trade, as BGR says that the offer is also good for iPhone 5s and 5c reservations. There is no specific information in the article about which type of smartphones will be accepted, so it might be best to check with your local Best Buy first before making a wasted trip.
