Black Square on screen

Sorry don't know if you can see what l mean,but if l press it, all kinds of options are displayed. I pressed something wrong on the main and now this. It's just annoying. Tell me please how to remove it.

There’s no black square on your screenshot. It sounds like you’ve enabled Assistive Touch. It doesn’t show up on screenshots.

Go to the Settings app, open General - Accessibility - Assistive Touch, and disable it.
