How do I block incoming calls on the iPhone 4? thanks

In my opinion, on a standard, locked iPhone, you can't block calls. I may be wrong, but don't think so!! On a jailbroken phone, you can use an app called iBlacklist to block. There are some methods to "simulate" blocking calls on a standard iPhone, but essentially, it's not to be.

Double press power button to reject the icoming call, press volume button to yurn you phone to silence mode while there is an incoming call.
