Blue Tooth issues connecting to ELM327 OBD2

Having issues, just keep searching, I've done some searches and it seems that Apple 4s have issues with blue tooth pairing and searching.... Not sure what the deal is, I have my jail broken and can't seem to find a way around it.

Anyone figure this out on here, didn't find any solutions on other forums.

Ideas???? I don't say reset it...
