Bluetooth problems

I would be most greatful if someone could help me out. I updated my iphone 4 a few weeks back and since then I am having difficulty pairing my phone with my carkit. All numbers seem to work except the voicemail. I have deleted the pairing and repaired it but to no avail.

Has anyone else expserienced this?
