Is there a bluetooth app for iphone 4 that unlocks the bluetooth so I can send and receive stuff from any other phone?

There is Bump but that works with other iPhones only.

Should have stated I require a jailbreak application, there must be something. Im also after a photo app where by I can arrange my photos into albums without the need of my laptop
