Calendar Choice iPhone 4

I notice when I input a meeting in my iPhone calendar I get to choose either my PC Calendar or my Exchange user name calendar. As they are the same I am a bit confused why I have a choice as the only Outlook 2010 calendar I have and use is under my Exchange user name.

Can anyone help what the above choices are please?
