Call Block Application vs Mr. Number

Mr. Number call block application is the best in my opinion, unfortunately, they don't have one for iPhone 4S yet, can't wait until they do; however, what application would come close, free or payable, it doesn't matter, it has to work, I find many applications don't work as they say in their descriptions; thanks!
