Call blocker

I everyone this is my first post! I would like to know why you cannot get a call block App like 'blacklist' which are commonly available on jail broken iphones or android phones? Does anyone know why we cant get this app on iphones?

I dont know why either - I would love one though! I had iBlacklist on my ip4 - but it was (obviously) jailbroken. I have the 4s now, so no jailbreak love for me yet
