Call ended

Can someone plz help my iPhone 4 keeps saying call ended when I try to make a call it will only acess Internet through wifi and won't send messages it also won't let me receive calls or texts however it appear to have full signal??????

Without more details, it sounds like a problem with your provider (ATT, Verizon, etc.) and your subscription to their plan. Visit them ASAP and ask them to walk you through your problem with your iPhone in hand. I think if you (or your provider) will fix one of your stated problems, you'll fix them all.

Hard reset the iPhone a couple of times, if no joy then restore your iPhone settings to default and then try to make a call. If still no joy then contact your carrier.
