iphone 3gs,32gb,jailbroken and ulocked,cannot make or recieve calls.
call failed on screen when trying to make or recieve calls,any suggestions very much appreciated.

Files are corrupted in the system for sure. I think you will need to redo the system unfortunately.

Your going to have to do a factory reset and re-jailbreak it and unlock it again if you want to use it, if not all it will be good for is a paper weight!

Yes redo the system completely. If you don't want to go through that process, then try to go setting> general> reset> reset all settings/
If that fail the stabilize the system then a factory reset is needed to be done.
