Call failed problem; pls help

Hi I am using Jailbroken iPhone 4. Lately I could not make any call ("Call Failed" will appear when I start making one).
I have no problem receiving calls, sending SMS, going online using 3G network.
Changed my SIM card to another iPhone and it worked fine.
What are the possible causes? Is it hardware or software related? Anyone facing this problem?
Please help!

Do a restore and see if it fixes the problem. If it doesn't, take it back to apple. If it does jailbreak again an hope it works this time...

2. Restore
3. Return
