I am brand new to an iphone. I am new to any sort of smart phone. The iphone 5s has been quite easy to learn/navigate so far but I have just ran across an issue that is driving me batty. I am trying to figure out how to use the call forwarding feature. I do everything the tutorials tell me. I go to settings. go to phone setting. click on call forwarding. slide it on and put in the phone number I want to forward calls to. But then if I hit the back button it turns off the call forwarding. No matter what I try to do it doesn't work or I see the slider slide back off. I have been working on this for 30 minutes and it is making me crazy.
