Call Forwarding

I was using a nokia phone before I bought ny new 4S. I use the call forwarding often ..but unlike nokia.. there is no provision for call forwarding..... for various sitiuations like.. if not answerd, if busy, or if out of range.. or may be I am not aware of such application in the iphone.

Any help regarding this problem....

Good point for discussion.But according to my openion max futional depends on mobile price.Now a days latets mobile fone keeps multiple call forwarding options.
