Call log problems

Hello!
On my phone, calls made or received from applications (messenger, botim) have disappeared from the call list, while normal phone calls remain in the list.
I tested it, they disappeared in about 24 hours. Has anyone encountered something similar? If so, what is the reason? How can I bring them back?
Device: iphone 13 mini, IOS 17.6.1

I don't know the real time when they disappear just I estimated 18-24 hours. It happens not at the same time but randomly within this time frame. Only normal phone calls stay...

I tried it several times with messenger and botim (another social app). All calls appeared on the log but after a certain time they were not there any more. I made taken calls and missed ones as well - no difference...
