I know a couple of apps in cydia which does that, but both record only out going calls and the hassles are that the record is not in your phone but on a remote server, you will also need to pay for the call recording service. Grossomodo, call recording is not legal and there is no legal app for that purpose.

True, but most people in forums that I have seen ask for recorders do NOT want to make it known (actually have seen this 8 times and out of 8 times, 7 wanted it for different purposes, none of which wanted it to be known).

Just joined here so I have no clue how international this forum is (have been at ipadforums for a while though) but can you please keep in mind that when you're telling other people that recording calls is illegal (SweetPoison did mention though that if you let the other party know then it's legal in the States), that it might not be in every single country? For example here in Finland it's perfectly legal to record calls if you're attending to it. No need to mention to anyone.
I found this thread while looking for call recorder for my iphone 4s (which I bought just 2 days ago and jailbroke it yesterday). Quite a step from using android phones for few years, but my ipad2 has prepared me for this =).
But on to topic, is there a call recorder that can save calls to phones memory (not to any server or so)?
