camera access

The new OS advertises camera access at the slide lock. Ok, where is it? And where do go to make this happen if it doesn't appear beside the lock?

I learned it here. Just givinig back a little of what I've picked up. I'm sure there's an official iOS 5 manual but I haven't gone looking for it yet.
