Camera Capture Defect

Dear Experts,

My iPhone 4S camera seems to be capturing some blurred images. I don't know the reason but would be glad to hear your comments and help me get back a good camera captures. Here are the orignal (Unedited) Pictures captured from my iPhone 4S.

These pictures do not exhibit normal blurring. It looks like some kind of fogging. Did you check to see if there is anything on the lens that could be causing it.
