Camera on lock screen. Help?

I thought with ios 5.0.1 u were able to access the camera from the lock screen but my 4s doesn't show that option.. Anyway to set it up that way?

Double tap home button and the camera icon will pop up while the phone is locked, you don't need to set anything up or change any options
