camera zoom library

for some reason last night i used camera zoom to record my daughters play . it was 24 min long. now i cannot get it to my camera roll. my phone says it does not have any storage space left. and i cannot get it off my camera anywhere so i can save it and erase it from my phone. any advice or help would be great . thanks in advance

i tried to sync phone to my computer and it says cannot sync that there is not room . any help would be great. is there a way i can record the video onto my computer such as a capture where i play it on my iphone and it plays in a software and records it?
