Can an Iphone app be redirected?

I have an app that is for Canada only. People can find help for addiction services. I just created a new version that would include United States also.

[FONT=verdana, geneva, lucida, lucida grande, arial, helvetica, sans-serif]The current app had the word "Canada" in his title. Now that I am including United States. The title is not good but I cannot edit the title. I need to create a new app but all the marketing previously done with the old app I did will be wasted if I delete it.[/FONT]

I was wondering if there would be any ways to redirect the old app to the new one?

Or any other suggestion?

Contact apple developers for the answer. You can publish your app on other iTunes stores however as we are a private forum we can not do anything to assist
