can i get ios 6 if i unjailbreak?? i have a iphone 4s 5.1.1

Once iOS 6 has been released (expectation is sometime this Fall), then yes, you can upgrade to it. And, you will lose your jail break - as jail breaks only apply to specific iOS versions. I am sure, however, that the jail breaking community will be hard at it - working on a jail break for iOS 6.

It all depends if a stable exploit can be found in ios6 that can give untethered jailbreak.

Even tho it's in the latter stages of beta I'm sure the well known jail breaking teams are already poking around !
