can i unlocking phone to work on verizon network

I have a an account with reachout wireless that says you can only use a verizon contract phone on their service but i have a Iphone from at&t. is there a way to unlock the Iphone to use with reachout wireless

If that is the 3gs phone you are talking about message boards have said to convert over you will have to do a hardware fix

Assuming you're referring to an iPhone 4S or above, then yes. For the iPhone 3G, 3GS and 4, no as they operate only under the GSM spectrum and not CDMA.
