Can not hear caller

Hi

Can anyone help. I can't hear the ringing when I try and call someone, neither can I hear them. They can hear me. Seems to work ok on speaker but not very clear

Make sure that the Mute button wasn't accidentally tapped, and that if your device is new, that you remove the plastic film on the front side of the device since it completely covers the earpiece, making hard or impossible to hear the person on the other end
