Cannot see outlook icon. The app is working but doesn't appear on homescreen.

Did you check the App Library screen at the end of the home screens?

You can actually drag it to the Home Screen. Doing this will still leave a copy of the App in the Library.

You can also long press it, and it will ask if you want to add it to the Home Screen, however if that option doesn’t appear it means it’s probably already there somewhere and you’ll need to look for it.
