I have had my iphone 4 since last Thursday and tonight had my wife send me a text. All went great till I decided to delete her text. The bar at the top of the text message is blank. No way to text anyone else or go to other messages. Has anyone seen this before??

Top righthand corner should have a box with a pen next to it choose out of your phonebook who you want to txt then type. If the top bar really is blank just reboot. It should go back to normal then.
