Can't delete any call from the call log

CAN'T DELETE ANY CALL FROM THE CALL LOG
When I try to delete a call from the call log, the application shuts down and when I open it again, that call still there.
When I try to delete all calls, the same action happens again.
Anyone can help me ?... Thanks

It was a typo - he meant "hard reset" the phone.

Which is to hold both the power and home buttons until the screen goes dark and the Apple logo then appears (the slide to unlock screen may or may not appear). Once the logo appears, release the buttons. After a time, your homescreen will appear. Please note that it may take some time for the Apple logo to appear or for your homescreen to appear (or both). This is normal. Eventually, the homescreen will appear.

Close the app out fully before doing the above so you can start fresh when the phone finishes resetting.

Hopefully, that fixes the problem.

Thanks Mickey330....But I have done all of that.... I have an Iphone 5 and just upgraded it to the 6.0.2
I wonder if I could connect the device to a computer and access the log file and delete it. This is my hope, because every time that I sync it, the call log comes to the phone and the problem persist.
