Can't find tones tab or my previously loaded tones in new iTunes!!

Can't find tones tab or my previously loaded tones(there in w/music but no way to load onto iPhone) in new iTunes (11.0.2.26) and nothing shows up when I search iTunes help. just did upgrade to 6.1.2 then jailbreak then backup restore. got all contacts and almost everything else , but none of my downloaded ringtones. And my ringtone app is gone from my iPhone! Am I missing something ?

If you used an app to get your ringtones, they won't be backed up.

found it, doesn't show up till you have at least 1 tone.
