Can't recognize my SIM after trying to reinstall appsync for 4.0+

Hi,
I have jailbroken iPhone 3g with 4.2.1, firmware 06.15.00. I wanted to fix moderator edit (because of the API error all the time), but didn't know that moderator edit have stop to work long time ago , so I open Cydia and try to reinstall Snip for 4.0+ and snip , but without success (it show the error massage "NetDB: Open nodename nor servname provided, or not known", so it didn't install). Now everything works except that can't recognize my SIM. Tried with alternative snip from .....but still without success, also reseting all settings didn't work.
Any suggestions how to fix the problem, or I'll need to re-jailbreak?
