Can't update to iOS 9.2

I've a 6s+ with iOS 9.1,and now,when I wanna to update to 9.2 in setting in ota mode,setting answer back to me that soft wear is the latest version!!! By the word that my iPhone isn't jail,please lead me why can not update to iOS 9.2???

Try connecting your iPhone to iTunes on your computer and do the update that way. By tapping the update button iTunes will download the update and install it on your iPhone.
