car charger

Someone told me that using the car charger is bad for the iphone battery. Is this true? I certainly want to make the most of it right from the beginning.

Also, what is the best way to use the battery on a regular basis? Keep it topped off, let it fully discharge, charge through the computer or what?

Keep it above 10% with a full discharge once a month. Car chargers won't hurt it just may not charge as fast as the wall one.

i was about to say noooo!!!!!, because on the way to work i use my car charger and thats 5 times a week!
