CCControls Now Crashes EVERY Time I Try To Use It

I don't remember the last time I used CCControls but it worked fine for a long, long time.

I have an iPhone 5 running IOS 8.1.

Now if I select anything, it crashes. I tried removing it and reinstalling it, but it still crashes.

I even removed all the recently installed apps to see if there was a compatibility issue but it still crashes.

Anybody know why and how to sort this out?

I just checked Cydia and, as far as I can tell, CCControls has not been updated for iOS 8. There may be a beta out there for it (on iOS 8), but there is nothing in the main/default Cydia repos.

May I suggest you take a look at CCSettings, which is updated for iOS 8.x and works well on my iPhone 6 Plus on iOS 8.1.2.

There are other Control Center tweaks - I just like and use CCSettings.

What I found out was that CCControls is only partially compatible with iOS 8. Marilyn's suggestion is the best solution for now.
