Cellular Data Network and Hacklous.us error

I need help in locating the "cellular data network" option. I can't find it in the network tap under "cellular data where it supposed to be.

Also, I can't seemed to update cydia because of a "hackolus.us" error.

go to settings > general > network > cdN is there. and the cydia thing i have no idea i never jb any more
