Change action when selecting phone number

Hello all,

New to the forums and just jailbroke my ipod touch 4 with ios 5. Each time I select a phone number, be it in contacts or elsewhere, it opens facetime. Is there a tweak or app or anything that makes it so that I can set it to open different applications when I choose a number. Ideally I'd like it to give me the option to open a GV app for SMS and Talkatone for voice.

Anyone know of something like that?
