Change of PC, cannot now delete some albums

When I got my iPhone 6 Plus, I was successfully transferring photos to and fro with iCloud and TouchCopy. That pc died and I now have a new Windows laptop, so have had to reinstall iTunes, TouchCopy etc.

On my iPhone I have two albums for which there doesn't seem to be any Delete option. As I have had to reinstall iCloud I cannot use that to delete those albums.

Failing that, if I use the Settings - General - Remove all Content and Settings , would it simply delete all the photo content, or would it also delete Contacts, Calendar etc. I don't want to turn an annoying problem into an enormous catastrophe!

Erasing all content and settings will remove everything on your iPhone and set it back to default, without Apple ID, iCloud ID, email accounts, ...
You will have to set up everything again.
