changed screen view and cant get back to normal

I was playing around and changed font size and several items. There was a choice that I think said white on black text or something like that. Now, all my pics and background are strange like xrays or something and I cannot find where I changed it to change it back to normal I looked in settings and general on the phone....please help?

Go to Settings > General> Accessibility then turn off "White on Black".
