Changing default voicemail greeting

I downloaded a funny voicemail greeting from a ringtone ap.

When i go to my phone and attempt to change my voicemail greeting, I have only 2 choices (Default or Custom).

When choosing Custom, my only option is to record a new message. I would like to use the voicemail greeting message that I downloaded and not record one from my own voice. Can that be done?

No this cannot be done. You can play the greeting from another device and recording via the Custom option.
