Changing Incoming Call Screen?

I have a full complete theme for my iPhone 5 running on iOS 6.1 (byCon v2)

My current lock screen theme is LS Round

I have "CallBar", but when my phone is in stand by mode and I get an incoming call, there is no background on the incoming call screen, its transparent and you can see right through to the my lock screen (LS Round), looks very ugly. With the use of ifile, is there anyway I can get rid of this transparent background and put a background in, for incoming calls?

You'll have to implement that with Winterboard by putting user background on the top of the list and see if that works. The closer to the top of the list a theme is, the more priority it gets.

You mean, "User Lock Background" one of the default tweaks in winterboard?
