Changing Iphone 3gs

Would it be possible to change my iphone 3gs to a new iphone 3gs with payement (I suppose that without payement its impossible)? If there's a way can u please explain.

The only way can think of doing that is to simply sell your phone then buy a new one.

Why do you want a new one? Something wrong with the one you have...?

Well my iphone3gs isnt in a good state. Th engine is working well but the phone is all in scratches which just annoys me, so I wondered if it could be possible.
